You can't find any examples of muslim anger about using mosques as weapon storage and bases because this behavior is specifically permitted by islamic tradition. A mosque isn't a church, islam isn't Christianity(there is no comparison), and the anger is because they've lost an important sanctuary now that we're finally killing terrorists in mosques.
