The text of the speech could have been as follows: "Folks, I know I'm a lame duck, I'll just save y'all five months or so and just state it publicly. Adjust your voting patterns accordingly."
Folks, prepare for Speaker Pelosi. This election for the 110th Congress is going to be ugly for the GOP.
